Introduction 2 to Electrosmog Protection with Doctor Manfred Doepp

http://www.Bevolution.org & http://www.humanfirewall.com – we are living in a sea of pulsating microwaves and electrosmog. Our body, brain and organism are suffering big time from these invisible intruders and increasing stress, burn-out, bad sleep, depressions and all sorts of “strange” illnesses “seem” to be clearly related to the increasing electrosmog. Please listen careful to doctor Manfred Doepp since he is a very fine doctor and scientist with a bigger picture when it comes to understanding rays, waves and human health. There are three parts of this introduction to electrosmog protection and they hold much information about many things so please watch all three and pass them on to all you care for asap. Please also watch the video about “De-Switching” the brain – find it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6KKyPjnhjI

Stimulus Bill to Destroy Health Freedom
http://wholesomeherald.blogspot.com/

Natural Solutions Foundation
http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/

These latest food Bills do NOT have our safety in mind. This is a move to obtain tyrannical control of the food supply.

Codex Alimentarius does not get near enough attention. Codex Alimentarius represents the single largest threat to our health and freedom. We are talking about control of our food supply and the banning of vitamins herbal supplements. Organic seeds will be considered contaminants and you will be fed the GMO crap that has no nutrients.
If the food supply becomes this controlled, it will matter more than money. THE ISSUE OF CODEX ALIMENTARIUS HAS IMPLICATIONS FAR OUTREACHING 9/11 TRUTH, FEMA CAMPS, OR THE DOLLAR COLLAPSE. AS IT IS ALREADY, AND BY GOVERNMENT ADMITTED FIGURES, MORE THAN 100,000 PEOPLE DIE EACH YEAR IN THE UNITED STATES DUE TO PROPERLY PRESCRIBED DRUGS. IMAGINE THESE SAME CORPORATIONS CONTROLLING ALL YOUR FOOD, ALL YOUR MEDICINES, AND BANNING ALL NATURAL HEALTH MEANS. THESE ARE THEIR GOALS!

A speech by Ian R. Freeman
I transcribed the main points of the video:

The profitability of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies exceeded the profitablity of the other 490 companies in Fortune 500. These companies have teams of people working on strategies to maximize the opportunity brought about by the implementation of Codex Alimentarius. Codex serves the interest of Big Pharma. And what is really a concern is the World Trade Organization will implement Codex using Napoleon Law.

Common Law means unless something is considered specifically bad it is ok. Napoleonic Law is completely opposite. Unless something is specifically mentioned, it is banned. What the pharmaceutical companies and the food companies are trying to do with the Codex Committee
is to make the testing process so outrageously expensive that the only people who can get things on the approved list are the Monsantos and the Pharmaceutical companies. Nobody else will be able to afford to go through the rigorous tests that you have to go through to get a product unto the approved list.

This has already been tried before in the United States in 1994. It was defeated because of the public outcry, but still a lot of people never heard about it because of a lack of international and national mainstream media coverage.

But it is back in the form of:
Food Safety and Tracking Improvement Act S424 and Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009 HR875.

I have read both these Bills and they serve the globalist agenda. There are vague definitions in the bills to give wide reaching scope and I saw where there was a fine of $100, 000 a day per offense. These draconian bills HAVE to be stopped!

Children’s Databases 1 of 3

CONTACTPOINT :This is the first in a series of three films looking at UK government plans for two national children’s databases: Contactpoint and eCAF.

Contactpoint, sometimes called the ‘Children’s Index’, ‘Information Sharing Index’ or ‘Children’s Database’, will be a central identity register of every under-18 in England together with details of all of the services that they use. Its cousin, the eCAF database will contain in-depth personal assessments of children and young people using any service other than basic education and health care — that’s around 50% of under-18s.

Together with information security experts, child protection specialists and children’s rights advocates, ARCH has spent the last 4 years trying to get the government to understand that large, centralised databases of children’s private information are a dangerous and misguided idea. These films explain why.

The cast list includes Professor Ross Anderson, Dr Ian Brown, Dr Liz Davies, Shami Chakrabarti and Terri Dowty. We are very grateful to Kate Munro for all the work she put into making the films, and to Glyn Wintle of the Open Rights Group for converting them into the right format.

For more information about Contactpoint, eCAF and other children’s databases see: http://www.arch-ed.org/issues/databases/databases.htm

In 2006 the Foundation for Information Policy Research produced a full report for the Information Commissioner, ‘Children’s Databases: Safety and Privacy’. This can be downloaded from: http://www.fipr.org/press/061122kids.html

Immigration Benefits Britain? 60% of all New UK HIV Cases Result from Sub-Saharan Population Growth

Latest HIV infection figures – which show that Britain now has almost twice as many new HIV cases diagnosed in a year as any other west European country – have revealed the full extent of Sub-Saharan immigration to this country.

There were 7,734 new cases of the virus recorded in 2007, nearly double the figure reported at the turn of the millennium, according to Unicef. The worst-affected groups were homosexual men and immigrants from Sub-Saharan Africa, Unicef said.

According to the study, unprotected sex between homosexuals accounted for 40 percent of newly diagnosed cases of HIV. This means that 60 percent of all new HIV cases in Britain are from Sub-Saharan African immigrants.

Unicef UK deputy executive director Anita Tiessen said Britain was at a higher risk because of its sizeable immigrant population from Sub-Saharan Africa – which has more than two-thirds of all global cases.

Britain now has a record number of 77,000 people with HIV. More than a quarter are unaware they are carrying the virus, which can lead to AIDS.

The second highest figure for new infections was in France, with 4,075. Germany, which has 10 million more people than Britain, was third with 2,752 new cases, Unicef said.

In 2007 young people aged between 16 and 24 accounted for about half of all the 400,000 new cases of sexually transmitted diseases in Britain. One in ten of new HIV diagnoses was among young people.

More than four in ten of the 7,734 new HIV infections were acquired through sex between men – and this proportion is continuing to rise.

There is a special organisation – Government (i.e. taxpayer) funded of course – specially devoted to providing support to Africans who brought their HIV infections with them to Britain. Cashing in on a cool £1.2 million a year in taxpayer handouts, the African HIV Policy Network describes itself as an alliance of African community-based organisations and their supporters working for fair policies for people living with HIV/AIDS in the UK, providing training, support, research and information.

* The increase in HIV rates also parallels the growth in tuberculosis rates in Britain, which the Health Protection Agency specifically linked to immigration from the Third World. According to an HPA report issued in May 2008, research showed that the increase in TB cases reflects the increasing number of patients with TB who are not born in the UK. Further research showed an increase in the number of cases in people from Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian subcontinent, which scientists say could be related.

N95 Respirator for Airborne Infectious Disease CDC 2005

Why is the CDC not requiring this protection for healthcare workers for the swine flu outbreak? Occupational exposures to airborne microbial agents such as viruses, bacteria, and fungi can cause illness in workers in a variety of settings, including health care, and emergency response. A procedure or surgical mask will NOT provide protection against airborne diseases such as Tb, SARS, measles or the expected pandemic flu. For more information and resources to aid workers and employers in reducing exposures to infectious aerosols, go to the NIOSH website on Infectious Aerosols at http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/topics/infectaero/ . Clipped from a 2005 CDC video on the epidemiological investigation of biological disease outbreaks.

Respirator or Surgical Mask Confusion or Why Healthcare Providers Need Occupational Health Training

A surgical mask is not a respirator and that’s an important distinction for physicians and all healthcare workers to understand. Unfortunately many healthcare employers and Infection Preventionist do not understand this important fact. Several reports from the US Institute of Medicine (IOM) over the past few years have address this and related issues. For the details of this debate, go to the 2009 IOM report at http://www.iom.edu/~/media/Files/Report%20Files/2009/RespProtH1N1/H1N1%20report%20brief%20FINAL%20for%20web.ashx . It is important that healthcare employers and workers understand the significant differences between these two types of personal protective equipment. The decision whether or not to require workers to use either surgical masks or respirators must be based upon a hazard analysis of the workers’ specific work environments and the different protective properties of each type of personal protective equipment. Respirators are designed to reduce a worker’s exposure to airborne contaminants. Respirators come in various sizes and must be individually selected to fit the wearer’s face and to provide a tight seal. A proper seal between the user’s face and the respirator forces inhaled air to be pulled through the respirator’s filter material and not through gaps between the face and respirator. Surgical masks are used as a physical barrier to protect the user from hazards, such as splashes of large droplets of blood or body fluids. Surgical masks also protect other people against infection from the person wearing the surgical mask. Such masks trap large particles of body fluids that may contain bacteria or viruses expelled by the wearer. Surgical masks are not designed or certified to prevent the inhalation of small airborne contaminants. An OSHA video describing the differences is found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovSLAuY8ib8 . All workers have a right to a safe and healthful workplace. Whenever respiratory protection is required to be worn to protect from hazardous airborne contaminants, the employer is responsible for implementing a comprehensive respiratory protection program and providing an appropriate respirator, in accordance with OSHAs respiratory protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134. This program must include training, medical evaluation, and fit testing. When workers must wear a respirator to protect against airborne contaminants in the workplace, it is very important to follow proper procedures for putting it on and taking it off. For more on this important issues for healthcare, go to the OSHA factsheet, Respiratory Infection Control:Respirators Versus Surgical Masks at https://www.osha.gov/Publications/respirators-vs-surgicalmasks-factsheet.html . This is clipped from the 2000 video Biological Warfare and Terrorism: The Military and Public Health Response produced by the Department of the Army and the Food and Drug Administration. The entire video has been digitized by the nonprofit Public.Resource.Org (http://public.resource.org/index.html ) in a cooperative agreement with the National Technical Information (http://public.resource.org/ntis.gov/index.html ) and is available at the Internet Archive at www.archive.com .

VIHA Accidentally Releases Confidential Information

VICTORIA – Human Error – that’s how the Vancouver Island Health Authority explains an envelope containing confidential information about a dozen people that has fallen into the hands of the NDP Health Services Critic Adrian Dix. “Unfortunately the health care system is a human system, breaches of privacy occur and every step is taken to rectify the problem as soon as possible” says the health authority’s Suzanne Germain.
VIHA says it discovered on Tuesday the envelope was mailed from its Royal Oak Health Unit to the home of a patient. The health authority says it apologized to the recipient, and twice tried to pick-up the envelope from the senior’s home, who refused to give it back.

It seems the patient who received the records in the mail instead began calling the other people whose records were inside the envelope including 91 year-old Catherine McLaren. “I was just shocked when my son phoned on Friday to say these records were out on the loose. They’re private, it really shocked me badly” she says.

Dix marched the health records right into the office of the Privacy Commissioner on Fort Street, urging the Commissioner to launch an investigation into a violation of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

VIHA says it hasn’t been able to call the affected patients because it doesn’t know whose info is in the envelope, and says turning over the forms to a politician was the wrong move. “Once you have information or items in your possession that you don’t own and you’ve told others you have them, you have an obligation to give it backthat someone wants to make this a political issue is very disturbing” adds Germain.

Dix says VIHA doesn’t respect its patients privacy, and Catherine McLaren wants an apology. The health authority says it will pick up the patients’ records Friday from the Privacy Commissioner’s office, and begin the process of notifying those affected that a mistake was made.
