The section you referenced to says that any person that willfully evades paying the TAXES is subject to these fines and imprisonment, and NOT due to not having insurance. This goes for ANY taxes as you should be aware of. Again, you claimed that you would go to prison for not having insurance. Please provide the section in the HC bill says that.
